In Shift, if somebody adds a comment like "NHGHUIH6876HGUJBHB7y87789 - play my map", simply copy the garbled letters and numbers, then go into shift ed (the level editor), go to "LOAD LEVEL", then paste the garbled letters you have copied into the box, then press load.
Their custom map should then appear in the editor :D
